I've set this for iron bars so I don't have 200+ iron bars (check if iron bars < 10) but it just keeps smelting iron bars. Seems conditions just straight up don't work for some things. The one thing that may be causing the issue in my case is that the dwarves assigned as Expedition Leader and the Broker are married.
